William Feng is the firm’s Product Manager for Intellectual Property & Technology Disputes, where he drives strategy and business development for the firm’s integrated intellectual property offering. He is responsible for leading strategy formulation, product development, and the full lifecycle of business building initiatives.

Mr. Feng joined Kobre & Kim’s Hong Kong office in 2024 as an analyst, before advancing to become product manager in 2025.

Before joining Kobre & Kim, Mr. Feng received his BA from Duke University.
