
Jake Rush
Lawyer
Jake Rush represents clients in all stages of complex criminal investigations and government enforcement actions, particularly involving the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Before joining Kobre & Kim, Mr. Rush began his career at Latham & Watkins, where he helped lead an 18-month investigation into constitutional violations in the U.S. Bureau of Prisons, successfully closing a notorious prison unit. Before that, Mr. Rush clerked for the Honorable Freda L. Wolfson (Ret.), Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Rush was an elementary school math teacher.
