Daniel Mills is an English lawyer focused on complex, high-value cross-border disputes, typically involving a connection to one or more offshore jurisdictions.

Mr. Mills has represented clients from a broad range of industries, with particular experience in matters involving serious allegations of fraud and misconduct and complex shareholder/company disputes. He acts for and against large international corporations, institutional investors, sovereign states, general partners, investment managers, court-appointed officeholders, trustees and other financial professionals.

Mr. Mills has experience in defending and obtaining time-sensitive freezing injunctions and disclosure orders as well as aggressive on- and offshore discovery strategies in support of domestic and foreign proceedings. He has acted in Cayman Islands and English High Court litigation as well as international arbitrations in various jurisdictions. Before joining Kobre & Kim, Mr. Mills practiced at Maples Group, Enyo Law LLP and Herbert Smith Freehills LLP in the Cayman Islands, London, Singapore and Hong Kong.
