Michael Kim recently sat down with The American Lawyer’s Ross Todd for a two-part, in-depth discussion on the rigors of Kobre & Kim’s unique, conflict-free business model.
Mr. Kim said: “I'm a firm believer that you can be successful doing anything if you're clear about what you are and you're consistent in your behavior,” and Kobre & Kim is clear in its commitment to “to remain conflict-free, to remain trusted by other law firms.”
Mr. Kim continued, saying: “So I think referral firms depend on our integrity—to know we don't have any [underlying] commercial agendas. We actually just want to come and do an honest job. It is actually part of our brand.”
